Email Order Notification in Miva Merchant 5

You can set up the store to notify you by e-mail when an order is placed, and/or to send an order confirmation message to the customer. Each message includes a customizable header, the ship-to and bill-to information, the items ordered, pricing, tax, shipping, and total. Credit card information is never included in these e-mail messages. The contents of both messages are the same, with the exception of the header. Shoppers have come to expect confirmation via e-mail when they place an order. If you choose to not use this feature you may find they become concerned and contact you to ask if you received the order.
